Kevin Gallagher focuses on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court involving corporate control, corporate governance, contractual disputes and other commercial disputes. He is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department.
In law school, Kevin served as editor-in-chief of The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. He was the John F. Schmutz Corporate and Business Law Institute Fellow.
