District Court Selects New Magistrate Judge

The U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware has selected Jennifer L. Hall, currently the chief of the Civil Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Delaware, to fill the newly created fourth magistrate judge position in the District.

Ms. Hall earned a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Minnesota, an M.Phil. and a Ph.D. in molecular biophysics and biochemistry from Yale University, and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania. She has clerked for the Honorable Sharon Prost of the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Honorable Kent A. Jordan of the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Before joining the United States Attorney’s Office, Ms. Hall was an attorney in the Delaware office of Fish & Richardson P.C. The announcement can be found here
