On August 16, 2022, the United States District Court for the District of Delaware announced a revision to its Revised Administrative Procedures Governing Filing and Service by Electronic Means to reflect a new filing and service deadline of 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.  The revision is effective September 1, 2022, and applies to all documents filed and served among parties, with the exception of initial pleadings.  The deadline for initial pleadings remains at midnight Eastern Time.  The Court’s move changes the deadline from the current 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time deadline, which was implemented in October 2014.

District Court of Delaware to Welcome Honorable Gregory B. Williams in September

The Honorable Gregory B.
