The 2010 Delaware Trust Conference focuses on the unique aspects of Delaware trusts and their advantages in navigating through economic uncertainties. Attendees will receive the latest information about personal and corporate (statutory) trusts in Delaware. This “Delaware exclusive” information is not available any place else in the country. Over 50 national and international trust, legal and accounting experts are scheduled as panelists for sessions specific to personal and corporate trusts in this unique event for trust and wealth management professionals, attorneys, CPAs and others in related fields.
Doneene Damon will moderate a panel entitled “Making Delaware Your Home Port,” which will include a discussion about the benefits of Delaware business entities and their use in trust planning. Mark Purpura will be a panelist during a session entitled “Navigating Towards the Right Result” exploring the use of Delaware statutory trusts for personal trust planning.
