Nearly 2,000 business law thought leaders, practitioners and policy influencers will convene at the Business Law Section Spring Meeting taking place April 10-12, 2014 in Los Angeles. Attendees will delve into current business law topics at CLE programs, substantive meetings and topical sessions, while enjoying dozens of social events scheduled throughout the meeting.
Richards Layton attorneys Cathy Dearlove, Elisa Maas, Blake Rohrbacher and John Mark Zeberkiewicz will speak at this event. Cathy is co-chair and panelist of a panel addressing “Governance of Non-Corporate Entities and Governance of Private & Family Controlled Companies.” Elisa will speak on a panel entitled “LLC State Law: Comparative and Draft Arounds,” and Blake’s panel will address “Constituent Directors.” John Mark is chair of a panel entitled “Board Portals, Virtual Meetings and Electronic Records” as well as chair of the “Corporate Documents and Process Committee Meeting.”
