The Milwaukee Chapter of the Society of Corporate Secretaries & Governance Professionals will present a seminar on corporate governance, disclosure and proxy trends, and changes to private securities offering rules.
Greg Williams will speak during a panel entitled “Fiduciary Duties: Anticipating and Managing Issues and Challenges in the Boardroom.” This panel will discuss the fiduciary duties of directors and related matters in light of recent developments, and the challenges that may confront companies and their directors and officers in today’s increasingly litigious environment.
