The Business Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia is sponsoring the 29th Annual Business Law Institute on Friday and Saturday, October 22-23, 2010. This year’s Institute will be held at Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain, Ga., just a short drive from Atlanta.
Director Srinivas Raju will be part of a panel on limited liability companies and will discuss updates and issues involving Delaware law, fiduciary duties, and the implied covenant of good faith and fear dealing.
