ABI’s Annual Spring Meeting will feature a roster of the best national speakers, addressing a range of topics that offers something for everyone. Specifically, four concurrent workshops will cover various “tracks,” including programs for attorneys in commercial cases, a track for restructuring professionals, a track of professional development programming, and a track dealing solely with consumer issues.
The meeting will offer more than 16 hours of CLE/CPE. In addition, committee sessions will drill down on topics covered in the larger sessions to provide the most practical and varied CLE/CPE experience ever.
Sam Nolen will speak on a panel entitled “Understanding D&O Issues in a Brave New World: Health Care, Nonprofit, For-Profit and a Bevy of Other Issues.”
