Doneene Damon will speak at the American Bar Association’s 2011 Annual Meeting in Toronto, a historical city with a long legal history and world-class attractions. The ABA’s sections, divisions, and other entities have developed more than 150 CLE programs that will help attendees enhance their professional skills and expertise. There will be great opportunities to learn from and network with lawyers and judges from around the world.

Doneene’s CLE-accredited program is entitled "Who’s Happy Now? ABS Disputes: Trustees Under Siege, Investors Enraged, and the Litigation Settlements that Will Determine Who Will ‘Win.’"
