The Federal Bar Association’s Delaware chapter will present its Bankruptcy Litigation Advocacy Program in the Carvel State Office Building in Wilmington, Delaware. This program is designed to give mid-level associates and other practitioners an opportunity to learn the ins and outs of bankruptcy litigation from experienced practitioners and Bankruptcy and District Court judges.
Mark Collins will be a panelist for a panel entitled "Resolving Objections/Gaining Consensus," which will explore topics including lining up constituents, assessing litigation risk and striking the deal. Russell Silberglied will be a panelist for a panel entitled "Discovery" focusing on obtaining expedited discovery, developing a discovery plan, written discovery and depositions.
