The Delaware Society for Human Resource Management will hold its 13th annual conference on November 6-7, 2013, at the John M. Clayton Hall Conference Center at the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware.
Jennifer Jauffret and Lori Brewington will speak during a session entitled “FMLA: Back to the Basics and 2013 Regulations.” In addition to an overview of the FMLA’s basic requirements and recent FMLA case law, participants will learn about new regulations that have expanded the protections for military personnel, airline personnel and flight crews, and receive information about the documentation needed to properly administer FMLA leave.
