In its seventh year, the Florida Directors’ Institute is an annual, intensive one-day program. The Directors’ Institute offers seasoned perspectives on best boardroom practices, with a focus on practical real-life solutions.  It is designed for directors of publicly traded and significant private corporations.

The faculty is drawn from throughout the United States and consists of leading governance experts, directors, and executives of companies recognized for governance excellence, as well as representatives of institutional shareholders active in the governance arena.
