This annual Institute will include an outstanding faculty that will update attendees on new laws, new cases and other new developments, and offer small group sessions on important business law topics.
William Haubert will speak during a session entitled “Delaware and Doing Deals,” which will explore recent developments in Delaware case law and the Delaware General Corporation Law, and how those developments impact private and public company M&A transactions. He will also speak during a plenary session entitled “Delaware Update 2014,” which will review the most important legislative, regulatory and case law developments affecting businesses formed under the Delaware statutes.
