This two-day National Institute will provide attendees with an expert perspective on negotiating business acquisitions. Panelists include nationally known mergers & acquisitions attorneys who will discuss all facets of the acquisition process.
The program will examine both fundamental and cutting-edge issues, with sessions addressing:
