The 29th Annual Federal Securities Institute, presented by the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar and West, a Thomson Reuters business, is the leading corporate and securities law event in the Southeast.  Attendees will have an opportunity to hear and meet national and regional thought-leaders in the securities industry as they address issues of concern to industry professionals and their clients.

This year’s forum focuses on the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and what it means for securities regulation and enforcement.  Attendees will have the chance to network with key decision makers from legal, investment banking, venture capital and private equity, and corporate communities.

Among the faculty of nationally recognized leaders in corporate law, finance and securities, Richards Layton directors Greg Williams, Institute co-chair, and John Mark Zeberkiewicz will moderate a session entitled "Delaware Law Developments."
