Trends in Merger Litigation 2013: Corporate, Litigation, and Judicial Perspectives

March 5, 2013

Event| Corporate & Chancery Litigation

Over the past several years, virtually all going-private transactions and most public company mergers have led almost immediately to merger-related litigation. This program offers attendees an opportunity to learn about the latest substantive and procedural developments in this important and rapidly changing area of the law. By drawing on a faculty from the bench, academia, the plaintiffs’ bar, and the defense bar, the program offers a broad range of perspectives on this type of litigation.

Director Catherine Dearlove will speak during a segment entitled “Recent Substantive Developments,” which will focus on Delaware law developments, significant preliminary injunction decisions, and the expansion of aiding and abetting liability.
