Overview
Alexa Monro served as Managing Editor of Tolle Lege for the Villanova Law Review.
Alexa focuses her practice on the formation and administration of Delaware Statutory trusts in connection with securitizations, debt restructuring, and multi-series mutual funds. She also advises financial institutions and trust companies acting as indenture trustees, owner trustees, master servicers, paying agents, or in other representative capacities in complex financial transactions.
In law school, Alexa served as a staff writer for Volume 69 of the Villanova Law Review before serving as Managing Editor of Tolle Lege for Volume 70. She also contributed to the formation of the Villanova International Law Society Blog, later serving as its Editor-in-Chief
