Overview

Alyssa Boob served as the Executive Articles Editor of the Dickinson Law Review

Alyssa focuses her practice primarily on Delaware corporate transactional matters such as board and special committee governance, fiduciary duties, entity formation and dissolution, and mergers and acquisitions.

In law school, Alyssa worked as a Legal Writing & Analysis teaching assistant and employee benefits research assistant. Alyssa also interned with the Antitrust Division of the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General and the in-house legal department of a national healthcare company. Alyssa received the CALI award, given to the student with the highest grade in a particular course, in Legal Writing & Research, Unincorporated Business Entities, Corporations, and Basic & Advanced Federal Income Taxation.
