Overview
Andrea Bomalaski served as senior managing editor for the Journal of International and Comparative Law.
Andrea focuses her practice on the formation and administration of Delaware statutory trusts in connection with securitizations, debt restructuring, and multi-series mutual funds. She also advises financial institutions and trust companies acting as indenture trustees, owner trustees, master servicers, paying agents, or in other representative capacities in complex financial transactions.
In law school, Andrea served as a student attorney in the Environmental Law Clinic. She received the Pro Bono Krewe Award at Tulane Law and graduated in the top 13 percent of her class.
