Overview
Andrew received the CALI Excellence Award for outstanding performance in Artificial Intelligence and Law.
Andrew focuses his practice on commercial transactions, including structured finance transactions and securitizations. He provides advice and legal opinions on matters of Delaware law involving limited liability companies, limited partnerships, corporations, and other Delaware entities, including the creation and perfection of security interests under Article 9 of the Delaware Uniform Commercial Code.
During law school, Andrew served as a Dean’s Scholar for Contracts, as a law clerk for the U.S. Department of Justice’s Criminal Division, as a judicial intern with The Honorable Matthew J. Skahill of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and as a summer law clerk for The Honorable Abigail M. LeGrow of the Delaware Supreme Court. He was also a Law School Ambassador and held leadership roles with the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. Andrew is fluent in Korean.
