Overview
Anthony concentrates his practice on transactional matters involving Delaware statutory trusts, with a particular focus on structured finance transactions. He has significant experience representing banking institutions and trust companies in connection with their trust and agency services—including in their roles as owner trustee, Delaware trustee, and indenture trustee—in a variety of commercial transactions. His experience includes providing advice to open- and closed-end investment companies in connection with entity formation and dissolution and fiduciary duty issues.
Anthony practiced at Richards, Layton & Finger from 2007 through 2013. He then served as general counsel to a federally insured credit union from 2013 until rejoining the firm in 2026.
In law school, Anthony served as Managing Editor of the Penn State Law Review and was a member of the Woolsack Honor Society.

In order to encourage the diligent discharge of their duties, the board members of registered investment companies in turn need to be protected. Indemnification and advancement, along with insurance, are key components of the protections available to board members with respect to the discharge of their duties.
