Overview

Austin Niggebrugge completed an internship with The Honorable Jan R. Jurden in the Delaware Superior Court and an externship with The Honorable Kent A. Jordan in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Austin focuses primarily on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, contractual disputes, and other commercial matters.

Austin is a first-generation attorney and native Delawarean. During law school, he was the external managing editor of The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. He was also an interscholastic competitor for Delaware Law School Moot Court Honor Society, winning best overall for the New Member Tryout Competition.

Prior to joining the firm, Austin worked at a regional law firm with a focus on busness, corporate, and complex disputes in all Delaware courts.
