In law school, Cayla Dupuis was a notes editor for the Notre Dame Journal of International & Comparative Law.
Cayla focuses her practice on the formation and administration of Delaware statutory trusts in connection with securitizations, debt restructuring, and multi-series mutual funds. She also advises financial institutions and trust companies acting as indenture trustees, owner trustees, master servicers, paying agents, or in other representative capacities in complex financial transactions.
