Clayton Faller externed at the U.S. District Court for the District of D.C. with the Honorable Reggie B. Walton
Clay focuses his practice on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, contractual disputes, and other commercial disputes.
While in law school, Clay served on the executive committee for the George Mason Business Law Society and The George Mason Law Review. He was a member of Scalia Law’s Moot Court Nationals Team, qualifying as an octofinalist at the Elon University Moot Court Tournament and a semifinalist in the American Bar Association’s National Appellate Advocacy Competition.
