Clint was the associate managing editor of the Brooklyn Law School Journal of Law and Policy
Clint focuses his practice on corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, and other insolvency matters. He routinely represents debtors, ad hoc creditor groups, DIP lenders, purchasers, and other parties in all aspects of chapter 11 cases.
In law school, Clint interned for the Honorable Martin Glenn of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
