Overview
Craig Ferrere clerked for the Honorable Thomas L. Ambro in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Craig is a corporate and commercial litigator who focuses his practice on matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery. He has represented clients in Delaware and other jurisdictions in disputes involving breach of fiduciary duty, securities violations, appraisal, and other commercial matters.
Craig was previously a research fellow at a corporate governance center, presenting his findings to the ABA, Conference Board, National Association of Corporate Directors, and the faculty at Columbia Law School, UCLA Law, and Arizona State University. He has published numerous articles about corporate law, governance, economics, and finance, including in the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, the Journal of Applied Corporate Finance, and the Journal of Corporation Law.
Before law school, Craig was named a Rising Star of Corporate Governance by the Ira M. Millstein Center for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership at Columbia Law School. Prior to joining the firm, Craig practiced at Covington & Burling.
