Overview

Daniel Boucot clerked for the Honorable Joseph L. Marczyk of the New Jersey Appellate Division.

Dan focuses his practice on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, mergers and acquisitions, contractual disputes, and other commercial matters.

While in law school, Dan served as Executive Editor for the Rutgers University Law Review and as a teaching assistant for legal analysis, writing, and research. He also received the First-Year Legal Writing Award and a certificate in Corporate and Business Law.
