Overview
Danielle Bell received the Kessler-Edison Scholarship Award for Trial Techniques.
Danielle focuses her practice primarily on complex commercial disputes and intellectual property litigation in Delaware state and federal courts. Danielle also has experience with fiduciary litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
While in law school, Danielle was a member of the Emory Law Mock Trial team. She served as a research assistant to Emory University of Law Professor Kristen Johnson on her forthcoming book, The Cambridge University Press Research Handbook on Artificial Intelligence and the Law.
Danielle received the Kessler-Edison Scholarship Award for Trial Techniques, given to the student with exceptional trial advocacy skills and best overall performance across the class section.
