Overview
Hanna Lambert served as the Executive Editor of the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal.
Hanna focuses her practice on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, contractual disputes, and other commercial matters.
During law school, Hanna worked as a research assistant to the Dean of the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, Mark C. Alexander. She served as Wellness Coordinator for Villanova’s Student Bar Association and a Staff Writer for Villanova’s Sports Law Blog. Hanna also externed at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania with the Honorable David R. Strawbridge.
