• Energy Future Holdings Corp.: Debtors’ Delaware co-counsel to the largest generator, distributor, and certified retail provider of electricity in Texas in the largest operating chapter 11 case ever filed in the District of Delaware and the seventh largest in history, with over $49 billion in liabilities and $36 billion in assets
• Entegra Power Group LLC: Debtors’ Delaware co-counsel to an independent power company and its affiliates in their comprehensive financial restructuring that significantly reduced the debtors’ institutional indebtedness through a prepackaged chapter 11 case
• Vertis Holdings, Inc.: Represented debtors in connection with the successful $258.5 million section 363 sale of substantially all of their assets and subsequent wind-down of their estates
• Capmark Financial Group, Inc.: Debtors’ Delaware co-counsel to a large commercial mortgage servicing company and its many affiliates with aggregate debt in excess of $20 billion
• Caribbean Petroleum Corporation: Represented debtors in a complex restructuring and extremely successful section 363 sale and subsequent representation of liquidation trustee
• Masonite Corporation: Debtors’ Delaware co-counsel to one of the world’s largest manufacturers of interior doors and entry door systems, with 8,500 employees and annual revenue of approximately $1.8 billion
• Motor Coach Industries International, Inc.: Represented debtor, a leading designer, assembler, marketer and servicer of motor coaches and related replacement parts for the U.S. and Canadian markets, in its successful chapter 11 case
• DURA Automotive Systems, Inc.: Debtors’ Delaware co-counsel to an international tier 1 automotive supplier and 41 of its domestic and Canadian subsidiaries in connection with their highly consensual and successful complex multibillion-dollar restructuring
