Overview
Justin Cheseroni oversees all aspects of the firm’s finances and works closely with firm leadership to develop and execute its strategic objectives. Justin handles payroll, budgeting, fixed assets, purchasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, trust accounting, billing, and collections. He is also responsible for expense control, cash management, banking relationships, profitability, risk management, financial planning, reporting, audit, tax, and financial systems. Justin works closely with the firm’s other business professionals to design, implement, and maintain systems and procedures that improve operational performance.
With nearly 20 years of experience in the legal industry, Justin’s previous positions include serving as chief financial officer at Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell and as director of business operations for the global litigation department of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius.
Justin earned a B.A. in economics and business management from Gettysburg College, and an M.B.A. from the University of Delaware.
