Overview
Justin leads the firm’s financial strategy and all aspects of its financial operations, working closely with firm leadership to support long-term planning and advance strategic objectives. He oversees the firm’s financial management, including budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, cash management, and profitability analysis. He manages the firm’s banking relationships and risk management initiatives and directs key functions such as billing and collections, tax and audit, payroll, retirement programs, and financial systems. He partners with administrative and practice group leadership to enhance operational efficiency and implement systems and processes that support the firm’s continued growth.
With more than 20 years of experience in the legal industry, Justin previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell and as Director of Business Operations for the global litigation department at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius.
Justin earned an M.B.A. from the University of Delaware and a B.A. in economics and business management from Gettysburg College.
