Overview
Kathryn Elizabeth Kane is a recipient of the Villanova Dorothy Day award for pro bono service.
Kathryn focuses her practice on the formation and administration of Delaware statutory trusts in connection with securitizations, debt restructuring, and multi-series mutual funds. She also advises financial institutions and trust companies acting as indenture trustees, owner trustees, paying agents, or in other representative capacities in complex financial transactions.
In law school, Kathryn received first place at the 2023 ABA Regional Negotiation Competition and first place at the 2023 Villanova Internal Negotiation Competition.
