Overview
Kevin Rodriguez was an active member of Penn State Law’s Latinx Law Students Association.
Kevin focuses his practice on matters related to commercial real estate, including the acquisition, sale, lease, finance, and development of commercial real estate properties. He also has experience with commercial and intellectual property litigation in Delaware’s state and federal courts.
In law school, Kevin was part of Penn State Law’s Entrepreneur Assistance Clinic, which provides free legal services to startup and early-stage entrepreneurs throughout Pennsylvania. These services ranged from drafting a variety of formation and operating documents to small business acquisitions.
