Overview
Kristin Cunningham served as manuscript managing editor of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law.
Kristin focuses her practice on corporate bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, corporate restructuring, and other insolvency matters.
She graduated as the valedictorian of the Widener University Delaware Law School Class of 2025. During law school, Kristin served as the John F. Schmutz Corporate and Business Law Institute Fellow. She was selected to serve as a Wolcott Fellow to Vice Chancellor Paul A. Fioravanti, Jr. and Senior Magistrate Judge Selena E. Molina in the Delaware Court of Chancery. She also completed an internship with Chancellor Kathaleen St. Jude McCormick in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
