Overview
Lou Kettering served as Trial Court Law Clerk for the Vermont Superior Court and as a CCLD judicial law clerk for President Judge Eric M. Davis and Judge Paul R. Wallace of the Delaware Superior Court.
Lou is a member of the firm’s General Litigation Department, where he focuses his practice on commercial and intellectual property litigation in Delaware’s state and federal courts.
In law school, Lou served as an associate editor for the Pittsburgh Tax Review. He also interned for the honorable William S. Stickman IV of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Honorable Christine L. Donohue of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Lou received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award® for Federal Income Taxation and PA Practice, an award given to the highest-scoring student in each law school class.
