Overview
During law school, Madison Devlin served as a Wolcott Fellow to the Honorable Abigail M. LeGrow in the Delaware Supreme Court
Madison’s focus is primarily on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, contractual disputes, and other commercial matters.
During law school, Madison served as Digital Media Editor for Widener Law Review, Vol. 31, and was an academic success fellow. She received the George B. Lindsay Foundation Award for significant achievement in legal research and writing and was awarded Certificates of Achievement in Civil Procedure and Legal Methods.
