Mark R. Lammey

Overview

Mark Lammey clerked in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Court for Judge Patricia M. Mayer and Judge Derek J. Baker.

Mark focuses his practice on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, contractual issues, and other commercial disputes. Prior to coming to Richards, Layton & Finger, Mark clerked in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Court for Judge Patricia M. Mayer and Judge Derek J. Baker.

During law school, Mark was an editor for the Villanova Law Review, a researcher for Professor Chaim Saiman, and a fellow at the Eleonor H. McCullen Center for Law, Religion and Public Policy. During and after law school, he published several scholarly articles on constitutional law, bankruptcy, and religion. Mark is also an adjunct professor at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where he teaches a course for students externing in the state and federal courts.
