Overview
Matthew Mallon served as executive editor for the University of Miami Business Law Review
Matt focuses his practice on the formation and administration of Delaware statutory trusts in connection with securitizations, debt restructuring, and multi-series mutual funds. He advises financial institutions and trust companies acting as indenture trustees, owner trustees, or in other representative capacities in complex financial transactions.
During law school, Matt served as a student attorney in the University of Miami Bankruptcy Assistance Clinic.
