Overview

Meghan Geouque clerked for the Honorable Charles E. Butler of the Delaware Superior Court.

Meghan focuses her practice primarily on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery involving corporate governance, corporate control, mergers and acquisitions, fiduciary duties, contractual disputes, and other commercial matters.

During law school, Meghan served as the Managing Editor of the Catholic University Law Review. She was also a law clerk at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, an intern at the U.S. Department of Justice Environmental Tort Litigation Section, and a judicial intern to the Honorable Paul R. Wallace of the Delaware Superior Court. Meghan graduated with a certificate in Compliance, Investigations, and Corporate Responsibility. She is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, Women and the Law Section.
