Morgan Harrison externed for Vice Chancellor Paul A. Fioravanti, Jr. in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Morgan focuses her practice primarily on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and Delaware Supreme Court, involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, contractual disputes, and other commercial matters.
In law school, Morgan participated in the Villanova Law Mentor Program, serving as a civil procedure teaching assistant and general mentor to other students. Morgan was also president of the Intellectual Property Society, treasurer of the Environmental and Energy Law Society, and a class representative on the Honor Board.
Additionally, Morgan volunteered at the Face to Face Legal Center, offering free legal services to individuals who live below 150% of the federal poverty line. She also participated in the Wills for Heroes program, providing basic estate planning documents to first responders.
