Sandy focuses her practice on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery involving corporate governance, corporate control, mergers and acquisitions, fiduciary duties, contractual disputes, and other commercial disputes.
In law school, Sandy worked as a research assistant to Professor Randall S. Thomas and a teaching assistant in the legal writing class. She was also a member of Phi Delta Phi.
