Overview
TJ Williams focuses his practice on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Before coming to Richards, Layton & Finger, TJ represented clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including disputes before the Delaware Court of Chancery and Superior Court.
TJ began his legal career as a Deputy Attorney General with the Delaware Department of Justice, where he developed the advocacy and courtroom skills that continue to shape his litigation practice. He prosecuted a broad range of violent and non-violent felony cases and successfully tried numerous jury and bench trials to verdict in Delaware state courts.
While attending law school, TJ was a member of the Kline School of Law Trial Team.
