Overview
Zachary Greer served as a Wolcott Clerk in the Delaware Supreme Court.
Zack focuses his practice primarily on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Before coming to Richards Layton, he practiced complex commercial and corporate litigation and argued in Delaware and Pennsylvania state and federal courts. He honed his trial skills as a Deputy Attorney General with the Delaware Department of Justice, trying numerous cases to verdict in Delaware’s Superior Court and Court of Common Pleas.
While in law school, Zack served as the Bluebook editor for the Widener Law Review. He was also a member of the Moot Court Honors Society.
