WILMINGTON, Delaware – Nine Richards, Layton & Finger associates were admitted to the Delaware Bar on April 16, 2008. Attorneys L. Katherine Good, Jillian M. Grob, Laura D. Hatcher, Kenneth E. Jackman, Michael P. Maxwell, Christopher L. Messa, Joshua J. Novak, Sehr M. Rana and Zachary I. Shapiro were admitted to practice in the State of Delaware in a ceremony at the Delaware Supreme Court in Dover. To be admitted to the Delaware Bar, applicants must have graduated from an ABA-approved law school, passed the Delaware Bar Examination, and completed a clerkship requirement.
Jackman, Maxwell, Messa, Novak, Rana and Shapiro practice in Richards, Layton & Finger’s business department. Good works in the firm’s restructuring and bankruptcy group, and Grob and Hatcher focus on litigation.
