Richards Layton Announces 2010 Bar Admissions

WILMINGTON, Delaware (December 14, 2010) – Four Richards, Layton & Finger associates were admitted to the Delaware bar on December 14, 2010. Kristine G. Manoukian, Amanda R. Steele, Nathaniel J. Stuhlmiller and A. Jacob Werrett were admitted to practice in the State of Delaware by the Delaware Supreme Court in a ceremony at the Schwartz Center for the Arts in Dover. To be admitted to the Delaware bar, applicants must have graduated from an ABA-approved law school, passed the Delaware bar exam, and completed several clerkship requirements.

Manoukian, a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law, and Steele, who graduated magna cum laude from Villanova University School of Law, practice in Richards Layton’s Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Department. Stuhlmiller, who graduated magna cum laude from the University of Buffalo Law School, works in the firm’s Corporate Department along with Werrett, who graduated cum laude from the University of Connecticut.
