Richards Layton Announces 2012 Bar Admissions

WILMINGTON, Delaware (December 12, 2012) – Eight Richards, Layton & Finger associates were admitted to the Delaware bar on December 12, 2012. Marc Boiron, Alexander Burkhardt, Joshua Cippel, Allison Gerhart, Andrew Peach, William Romanowicz, J. Whitney Scudder and Chelsea Sizemore were admitted to practice in the State of Delaware by the Delaware Supreme Court in a ceremony in Dover.

Cippel, who is also admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, is a graduate of Columbia University Law School and works in Richards Layton’s Corporate Advisory Group, where he is joined by Boiron, a graduate of Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law. Gerhart, also a graduate of Penn State Law, works with the Alternative Entities Group, and Burkhardt, a Harvard Law School graduate, practices in the firm’s Corporate Litigation Group. Peach practices in the Business Trust & Agency Services Group and is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law. Romanowicz, who graduated from George Washington University Law School, works in the firm’s Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Department, and Sizemore, a George Mason University School of Law graduate, practices in the Commercial Transactions Group. Scudder, who is also admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York, graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and works in the firm’s Real Estate Group.
