Richards Layton Announces 2013 Bar Admissions

WILMINGTON, Delaware (December 11, 2013) – Seven new Richards, Layton & Finger associates were admitted to the Delaware bar on December 11, 2013. Sarah Anne Clark, Cavan Costantino, Laura DiFrancesco, William Dolan, Rachel Horn, Ryan Maerz and David McAloon were admitted to practice in the State of Delaware by the Delaware Supreme Court in a ceremony in Dover.

Clark is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School and works in Richards Layton’s Corporate Litigation Group. Horn, a Georgetown University Law Center graduate, and McAloon, who graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law, practice in the Corporate Litigation Group as well. Costantino, a William & Mary graduate, practices in the firm’s Alternative Entities Group along with Maerz, who graduated from Penn State University Dickinson School of Law. DiFrancesco, a Villanova University School of Law graduate, works in the Commercial Transactions Group, and Dolan, who graduated from Rutgers University School of Law, practices in the Business Trust & Agency Services Group.

Richards Layton also welcomes new associates Anthony Flynn Jr. and Christine Haynes to the firm. Flynn, a graduate of Washington and Lee University School of Law who was admitted to the Delaware bar last year, clerked for the Hon. Justice Henry DuPont Ridgely of the Delaware Supreme Court. Haynes, who graduated from William & Mary School of Law, was also previously admitted to the bar and clerked for the Hon. Richard G. Andrews of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. Both Flynn and Haynes practice in the firm’s Litigation Department.
