Richards Layton Attorney Named to Lawyers of Color Hot List

WILMINGTON, Delaware (July 18, 2013) – Richards, Layton & Finger associate Adrian Boddie has been named to Lawyers of Color’s inaugural Hot List for the Mid-Atlantic region. The list is comprised of 100 early- to mid-career minority attorneys under 40 chosen for their excellence in the legal profession.

Mr. Boddie focuses his practice on advising Delaware limited partnerships, general partnerships and limited liability companies regarding matters of Delaware law. He has been involved in formation, operation and governance matters, as well as structured finance transactions, investment fund transactions, joint venture transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Boddie also devotes significant time to Richards Layton’s pro bono team, providing assistance to various sectors of the Delaware community. He earned a BS, with honors, from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a JD from the University of North Carolina School of Law.

Lawyers of Color, a media and research company founded in 2008, selected the Hot List honorees after reviewing nominations and researching legal publications and blogs. Mr. Boddie and the other honorees will be profiled in Lawyers of Color’s inaugural Hot List Special Issue, to be published later this month.
