WILMINGTON, Delaware (June 3, 2016) – Daniel Klein and Robert Krapf, directors of Richards, Layton & Finger, have been named in Who’s Who Legal: Real Estate 2016. Mr. Klein and Mr. Krapf are among only four Delaware lawyers selected for the list of the world’s leading real estate lawyers.
Robert Krapf, president of Richards, Layton & Finger and head of the firm’s Real Estate Group, focuses his practice on transactional matters in the areas of real estate, commercial, and land use law. Chair of the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Section, Mr. Krapf has held many local and national leadership positions in the bar, as well as in a variety of business, charitable, and cultural organizations. He consistently earns high rankings in numerous legal directories, including Chambers USA, Super Lawyers, as a Delaware Today Top Lawyer, and The Best Lawyers in America 2015 Real Estate Lawyer of the Year.
Daniel Klein focuses on complex business transactions, public/private joint ventures, and real estate loan workouts. He is a member of the Anglo-American Real Property Institute and a fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, where he served two terms on its Board of Governors.
