WILMINGTON, Delaware — April 21, 2026 — Richards, Layton & Finger has been ranked the #1 Delaware firm in Vault’s 2027 Mid-Atlantic law firm rankings, which are based on Vault’s Annual Associate Survey.

Richards Layton’s position as the highest-ranked Delaware firm — and #13 among all ranked firms in the Mid-Atlantic region, which spans Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and Delaware — reflects its longstanding prominence in the state and its strong reputation throughout the region.

Vault determines rankings by asking associates who work in each region to rate the firms in their area based on local prestige. Each year, more than 20,000 associates assess the reputations of peer firms in their markets.
